A 24-year-old man from Ruffs Dale died Tuesday morning following a catastrophic head-on crash on the Mon/Fayette Expressway in Pennsylvania’s Washington County. Jacob Matthew Huber was struck by a vehicle traveling the wrong direction on Pennsylvania Route 43 near the Donora exit in Fallowfield Township, authorities confirmed.
The collision occurred during morning commute hours when a driver inexplicably entered the expressway traveling against traffic. Huber’s vehicle absorbed the full impact of the head-on crash, causing fatal injuries. Emergency responders arrived at the scene but were unable to save the young man.
